A real-world case study that started with a simple pain point -people not knowing where their KSRTC bus is - and uncovered a system-wide problem rooted in outdated operations and manual data flows.

I tracked the issue from the passenger experience to the back-end operations, revealing how poor data practices, aging fleets, and overwhelmed conductors were slowing down the system.

The solution? A dashboard for the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, built to enable real-time tracking, fleet management, fuel efficiency insights, and decision-making tools for both staff and leadership.

This project was presented to the Hon'ble Transport Minister, who appreciated its depth and relevance. It remains a live opportunity to improve how public mobility functions in Kerala, starting with empathy, and scaling through design.
